First, I make sure the dose is appropriate for weight. If it is, I am comfortable with shortening the dosing interval. Consider checking the IgG level before doing so to make sure the patient does not have hypogammaglobulinemia.
For MG patients who deteriorate before the minimum redosing period, IgG level can be helpful. For example, if the IgG level is suppressed to 200s but MG symptoms are still very prominent, then would not necessarily make sense to switch to another IgG-targeted therapy down the road such as efgartigim...
