How do you approach preventing and treating bruising after filler injections?

Prevention is to discontinue anything that thins blood prior (e.g., turmeric, garlic, alcohol, etc. that is reasonable). However, do not discontinue meds for medical reasons such as anticoagulants for Afib, etc.
