How do you manage orthostatic hypotension in patients with Parkinsonian syndromes?
We often use abdominal binders and compression stockings, in addition to hydration and midodrine/fludricortisone. However, are there more targeted therapies or other interventions that could be helpful?

100% agree - the concomitant medications issues are a huge component of management. Along with small meals, I recommend reducing carbs as possible. I tell patients to avoid taking these medications after late afternoon for the same reasons as mentioned above.
