How do you treat duodenal adenocarcinoma when using primary chemoradiation therapy?
What dose/fractionation do you use and what elective nodal areas do you cover? What studies do you order to aide in treatment planning (PET/CT? MRI?) when the lesion is not seen well on CT?

We treat them the same as rectal cancer. Induction FOLFOX, followed by 50.4Gy in 28 with concurrent capecitabine.
