What is your approach to high-grade neuroendocrine tumor of the stomach?
Specifically, in the case of a complete response following chemotherapy, do you approach with resection or radiation? If you are treating with RT, what dose and volume do you typically use?

I had a recent patient with this clinical picture with disease limited to the stomach. We chose a tri-modality approach.
