How would you approach a patient with a primary splenic DLBCL who has residual PET avid disease after 6 cycles of R-CHOP?
Would you consider radiation therapy? What dose/fractionation?

I would like to add that splenectomy could be considered instead of RT if the DLBCL was limited to the spleen at diagnosis.
