How would you approach a young patient with a locally advanced endometrial cancer with cervical involvement and a solitary bone metastasis?

To start with, as this presentation would be unusual, I would get a bone biopsy. There is no data but would favor local treatment which could be radical hysterectomy, definitive chemo RT or preopchemo RT followed by surgery based on extent of disease followed by additional chemo.
