How would you approach isolated inguinal lymph node squamous cell carcinoma of occult primary?
If workup is negative for a primary lesion, would you consider prophylaxis of potential primary sites (anus/vulva?), and would you treat bilateral inguinal/pelvic nodes or use directed RT to the isolated site of gross disease?
