How would you approach treatment duration for a patient with incidentally found large vessel GCA now well controlled on tocilizumab monotherapy?   

Large vessel aortitis found on CT angiography with symptoms of chest pain and markedly elevated inflammatory markers. Now has been in remission for over 1 year on tocilizumab monotherapy with complete radiographic resolution. How would you approach treatment duration?
