How would you define your radiation treatment volume for a primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the L4 vertebral body that had a complete response to chemotherapy?
Would you include one vertebral body above and below the involved vertebral body? Is IMRT appropriate in order to reduce dose to small bowel? What other recommendations do you have for such a situation?
