If suitable for definitive treatment, EBRT (concurrent chemo if able to get it) plus HDR brachytherapy.
I would send genomics and immediately initiate carboplatin/paclitaxel plus or minus bevacizumab (or Herceptin if UPSC Her2 over expressor). Judge response along the way.
