How would you manage radiation cystitis in a vulvar cancer patient still receiving EBRT with known history of cystocele and who is otherwise hemodynamically stable?
If the radiation cystitis is hemorrhagic without clots how would you manage this?

Urinary symptoms (acute cystitis, non-infective) during pelvic radiation are not uncommon.
