If the question means DCIS as IBTR after previous surgery and RT, then would say, would follow the same criteria as IDC for reradiation. Agree with Dr. @Dr. First Last, I use same criteria as RTOG 1014. In terms of dose/fx, I use 45/1.5 BID but use IMRT instead of 3DCRT with DIBH and CBCT with each fraction.
