In a patient with T2N0 breast cancer with skin involvement s/p lumpectomy and negative margins, if you are offering whole breast radiation, would you bolus your tangent fields?

No, I'd just treat like normal unless there was some unusual circumstance that made me particularly worried about that particular patient. I would however stick to 6x and try to put the hotspot over the incision/tumor cavity.
