Is there a standard spinal SBRT dose regimen for patients with "oligometastatic" disease being treated with curative intent?
Do you use the same regimen for primary treatment, re-treatment, and post-op?

The answer really depends on whether this is de novo vs. salvage treatment. The literature is mixed as to the correct dose fractionation scheme.
