What dose and fractionation do you utilize? Would your recommendations differ considering the site of disease is at the penile base/suprapubic region?

Agree with Dr. @Crane if there is a component of invasive disease or adenocarcinoma component or node positive disease. This is an extremely rare disease and most often, it is superficial without invasive components.
