What are your criteria for inclusion of the retropharyngeal LN in node negative H&N cancer patients?
Aside from Other nasopharyngeal ca patients and those with cancers of the posterior pharyngeal wall, how do you contend with risks of dysphagia when treating the RP LN?

No issues with dysphagia.Can look at the paper we published (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28094212). We don't always treat to skull base for node negative pts.
