What do you consider to be the regional nodal bed for a Merkel cell carcinoma of the thigh with a positive sentinel node in the inguinal chain?
Would you also radiate the ipsalateral external and/or common iliac nodes?

I concur with @Roy H. Decker. We have used very generous fields in the past. Dishearteningly, most relapses continue to be out of field. I'd cover the primary site + inguinal nodes and get as much of the external Iliacs feasible while minimizing exposure to bowel. I'd try to maintain contiguous fiel...
