Because delays in surgical healing can affect initiation of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer, I would consider neoadjuvant therapy for both the ovarian and breast cancer. I agree with the chemotherapy, but I would never delay therapy for a locally advanced triple negative cancer. I would do neoadjuvant therapy and surgery later.
