What is the earliest you would start postmastectomy radiation after adjuvant chemotherapy for a patient with breast cancer?

Depends on the chemo regimen.

If on 3/4 weekly chemo then wait for 3-4 weeks before starting RT but if on weekly chemo (taxol), then have done sooner also.

Wait for drug elimination if cytotoxic (5.5 half-lives).
