What is your approach to SBRT to an entire kidney infiltrated with RCC?
Assume patient has normal renal function, is not a surgical candidate, and kidney is the only site of disease.

That's an interesting question. You figure if they were a surgical candidate, the entire kidney would be removed. So, in this case, since they can't do that, SBRT to the whole kidney would treat the cancer and leave them with one kidney (similar to surgery). I know that the fractionation varies...
