What suggestions do you have to help patients tolerate patch delivery stimulants without reverting back to oral medications?  

Many pediatric patients cannot tolerate the transdermal patch delivery system for methlyphenidate (MPH) (i.e. Daytrana) due to skin sensitivity even with daily rotation of sites on the body.
