Which MR simulation sequences do you prefer for head and neck RT?
Which sequences/protocols do you find most useful for target delineation (primary? nodes?). Do you use contrast? If you had to choose a few to limit the duration of the scan (with thermoplastic immobilization), which would you prioritize?
