I hope my experience is helpful. Anecdotally, I've used diclofenac gel for years in patients with xeloda HFS. I never used it prophylactically. For patients with severe HFS, I did not find it to be a panacea, and helped a little. For those with moderate HFS, it did seem to help reduce symptoms more ...
