The data in this regard is limited or non existent.In one randomized study the recurrence in locoregional area for micromets and no additional dissection was very low. But only 10 percent in that study had mastectomy and most had t1 disease and favorable phenotypehttps://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/...
