Would you offer liver re-irradiation in an ECOG 0, Child-Pugh A patient with oligo-metastatic colon cancer to the liver, diagnosed > 10 years prior with previous TACE + SBRT to same liver metastasis ~5 years ago?  

Metastasis is a biopsy proven 7 x 5 x 8 cm lesion, located at the right central-posterior (segment 5, 6, 7, 8) with invasion into the IVC and right atrium. If treating, would you utilize standard LINAC SBRT/ IMRT, MRI-LINAC SBRT/IMRT, or proton therapy?
