Are there any contraindications to treating early stage breast cancer with radiation in patients on rituximab?
If a patient is on rituximab for multiple sclerosis, do you recommend a particular fractionation to minimize chance of MS flare during treatment? If a patient is not on rituximab but has a diagnosis of MS, are there increased toxicities with radiation?

I have treated patients with RT and retuximab with no increased acute morbidity
whether efficacy would be compromised is not known
