Are there any unique considerations for treating pediatric high grade glioma?
i.e. Should concurrent therapy be given?, Does MGMT matter? What are the current most promising therapeutic approaches? Should we always treat based on the control arm of the last COG study? Should all peds HGG cases get RT? Are there times when a delay in RT is reasonable following resection?
