Do you follow GOG, ASTRO, or PORTEC recommendations for adjuvant therapy in stage I endometrial cancer patients?
What would you recommend for a patient in their 60s with stage IB grade 1 endometrial cancer without LVSI? How would this differ for a patient with stage IA grade 2 endometrial cancer, without LVSI?

I tend to follow both. Essentially, if the patient meets either GOG or PORTEC criteria to be classified as high intermediate risk endometrial cancer, I would offer that patient adjuvant treatment with vaginal brachytherapy.
