Does IVIG or subcutaneous Ig interfere with monoclonal antibody therapy (i.e. dupilumab, infliximab, rituximab, etc)?

This is a challenging question, but the answer is probably yes. One of the mechanisms of action of IVIG is thought to be increasing the metabolism of IG, which then would theoretically decrease the efficacy of any monoclonal therapy administered after.
