How do you approach treating and monitoring sarcoidosis manifested by maxillary bone/teeth loss without other symptoms?

Fully agree with Dr. @Chen's assessment and recommendations. In addition, I would recommend serologic testing for Sjogrens disease as it can co-exist with sarcoidosis contributing to this uncommon sarcoidosis manifestation.
