Not exactly sure I understand what is meant by well-lateralized for nasal cavity. If meaning the lateral wall, then maxillary sinus involvement should be considered, which increases nodal risk.    In general, I would recommend ENI for nasal cavity SCC if T2 and >2cm. If treating the cN0...
