How would you optimize patient set-up and planning for the post-operative treatment of a distal lower extremity sarcoma?
What things would you take into consideration for the simulation set-up? Specific instructions for treatment planning? If the PTV is confined to only the foot would this change your set-up and plan?

Good question. I find that simulating extremities are very different than standard chest or pelvis, and will en d up with unique positioning depending on the patient.
