How would you treat a primary angiosarcoma arising in the skull, excised with initial excisional biopsy?
Would you recommend oncologic resection? Would you do neoadjuvant chemo and/or radiation (concurrent or sequential)? Pre-op radiation volumes would be smaller and lower dose to brain.

Since this tumor has been resected, I would recommend oncologic resection with WLE followed by post-op RT. The surgical bed has been contaminated in this case with an unplanned resection, hence pre-op RT will likely not serve the purpose- most data comes from extremity sarcoma anyways and we usually...
