How would you treat locoregionally recurrent anal CA?
If a patient developed locoregional recurrence after initial chemoradiation, would resection of known disease followed by observation be preferred?

Surgical resection is standard of care for isolated locoregionally recurrent anal cancer - if the disease is resectable.
