Should I use Oncotype to determine whether to offer adjuvant radiation to women with DCIS?
I'm not sure how to interpret the results of the study published in JNCI earlier this year.

I don't use this test. While I do observe selected patients, I use conventional factors such as size, histology, margin width, grade, and age.
If a patient is low risk, I discuss pros and cons of rt. The added value of Oncotype remains unclear in this setting.
