What are the indications, doses, and volumes for postoperative radiation for parathyroid carcinomas?  

For example, Would you offer postoperative radiation for a large 8.2cm low grade parathyroid carcinoma 8.2cm extending into adjacent soft tissues resected to negative margins, no LVI/PNI, no nodal involvement?

Are there any high yield review articles or research papers on this subject that you recommend?
