For the GI tract, we use point dose constraints and 40cc “guidelines” that are based on our publications in LAPC and IHCC, where we analyzed bleeding events and found that is has been related to 40cc getting more than 50Gy in 25. So, we use 40cc over 45Gy in 25fx and 37.5Gy in 15fx. Blee...
