What is the preferred dose and fractionation scheme for patients with pituitary macroadenomas?
If normal tissue constraints can be met, should most patients (including ones with secretory tumors) be treated with radiosurgery and/or hypofractionated regimens? Which patients should receive conventionally fractionated regimens?
