We have routinely substituted oral capecitabine for fluorouracil for our most recent ~60 SCC anal canal patients. Capecitabine 825 mg/m2 BID daily on radiation days. MMC 10 mg/m2 on days 1 and 29. (some med oncs do a single MMC dose of 12 mg/m2 on day 1). No port. No pump. Good patient complian...
