What is the maximal amount of time you would allow between the surgery the start of adjuvant RT? What other factors would you consider when deciding whether to offer adj RT after a failure of endocrine therapy?

Based on study from Canada for early stage breast cancer when they had waiting time for RT up until 12 -16 weeks they didn't see any negative impact of delaying RT in early stage breast cancer
