These are less radiosensitive. When a patient chooses non-surgical management, I always try to intensify by adding chemo and/or accelerating radiotherapy (BID once a week or BID daily). I do this even for a T1 glottic primary. I have seen this type of histology not respond to chemoradiotherapy. ...
