How do you counsel patients regarding alcohol intake when prescribing DMARDs other than methotrexate?
Such as Leflunomide, Sulfasalazine, Mycophenolate or Azathioprine, since all of these medications have potential to cause liver enzyme elevation and in some cases liver toxicity.
