How do you treat pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma in an adult?
Do you follow pediatric protocols or treat this more like a high grade soft tissue sarcoma? Specifically for paratesticular pleomorphic RMS, do you adjuvantly treat the primary, nodes, both, or neither?
