What dose would you use to boost suspicious remaining nodes and how are your doses impacted with margins negative vs margins positive?

I can't remember the last time I treated someone with rectal ca post-op. When we recommend surgery first without pre-op, it is with the understanding, that will not be don't post-op regardless of the pathology.

Although I never plan on post-op RT, sometimes a patient is referred after surgery with very high risk disease (although fortunately, this is now a rare event).
