What is the most convenient and reproducible setup for simulation and treatment of the contralateral testis in a primary testicular lymphoma?
This is an adult patient that is status-post orchiectomy and R-CHOP now requiring prophylactic contralateral testicular radiation. Would you recommend photons vs electrons? Any ideas for immobilization, beam angles or shielding?
Answer from: Radiation Oncologist at Community Practice
Frog leg position with the penis taped to the pubic/abdominal wall.
