What is the risk of breast cancer that you quote to young women with early stage Hodgkin's lymphoma receiving involved field/site radiation therapy?
We often see young women with favorable, early stage disease in the mediastinum who have had a complete response to chemotherapy. With current smaller radiation fields, what would an accurate estimation of breast cancer risk for these women?
