What treatment would you recommend for a patient with recurrent oligometastatic abdominal leiomyosarcoma, with two liver lesions?
No evidence of distant disease elsewhere. Surgical resection is not possible. Would you recommend metastasis direct therapy to the liver (i.e. SBRT or RFA or chemo-embolization) ?
